Fun Food-themed Valentine's Day Kit with Tic-tac-toe Game Cards and High-Quality Puzzle Erasers

This review is for the FUN LITTLE TOYS Happy Valentine's Day - Assorted Food Set. I received a free taxable sample of these to review in my search for valentines that could be distributed in a grade school classroom. The set came in a branded box describing the contents inside: 30 Tic-tac-toe game cards (thin cardstock, sturdier than your usual laminated paper valentine), ten sheets of six stickers, and five each of six different types of puzzle erasers. NOTE: the thirty tattoo stickers advertised on the box were missing, but in truth the main components are the game cards and puzzle erasers. Worst comes to worst, the bottom of the box and a card inside provide the customer service contact information for their Southern California distributor as well as batch number, manufacturing date, and country of origin. The Tic-tac-toe game cards measure 5.5" x 7" and weigh 6 grams. The game board side is lightly laminated and the reverse side with "to" and "from" is matte. There are six different variations of the game boards with different "punny" food x Valentine's titles such as "I DONUT know what I'd do without you!". What's neat is that the game piece pictures match the theme of the game board, so there are two different types of donut game pieces for the donut-themed game board. Each of the six primary game piece pictures appear on the sticker sheets. The sticker sheets are printed on thinner paper but are adequate for one-time use.The 30 high-quality puzzle erasers were what caught my attention. I liked that each puzzle eraser was individually wrapped and that each piece was reasonably crisp to where you could see little details such as texture on the lettuce and the kinks in the drinking straw. There are six types of puzzle erasers in the FUN LITTLE TOYS Happy Valentine's Day - Assorted Food Set: soda drink, heart-shaped cake, pizza slice, hamburger, donut, and ice cream in a cone. The branded box shows different color variants of the ice cream in a cone as well as the donut, but the ice cream in a cone and donut eraser puzzles I received were all respectively pink and blue-colored.There are no envelopes or plastic bags included to facilitate making little Valentine's sets, so you would have to source your own envelopes, distribute the items un-attached, or most likely tape items to the game cards. Note that there is no unique teacher card or item, but the set is such that you could easily personalize or accessorize a teacher bundle.Overall, the FUN LITTLE TOYS Happy Valentine's Day - Assorted Food Set is a fun little Valentine's Day kit with Tic-tac-toe game cards and high-quality puzzle erasers centered around a whimsical food theme. I definitely recommend this set for exchanging valentines in a primary school classroom, especially if your audience enjoys the fun food theme.

Pros
  • Fun and Educational: Sending gifts to each other is proven effective to improve your children's social skills. In the process of gift-giving, kids will get to know each other and cultivate friendships. You and your kids can send messages on the back of the slap bracelet containers, which are designed to write Valentine’s notes.
Cons
  • The stickers may not adhere well to all surfaces and may fall off easily
