Because I'm an artist, I couldn't wait to check out the UPmall online store and see what kind of art materials they had available. I'm sorry to say that my entire experience was a huge letdown, and I didn't think the products were of very high quality. To begin, the website's product descriptions and images were deceptive and inaccurate, which made it challenging for me to understand precisely what I was purchasing. I was taken aback to discover, upon receipt of the products I had ordered, that they did not correspond to the descriptions provided and did not live up to the standards of excellence I had set for them. In addition to having poor pigmentation, the paints were watery and thin, and the canvases were both inexpensive and fragile. The printmaking instruments were poorly made and ineffective, and the brushes were shedding their bristles, which left hairs all over the work I was doing. When I attempted to express my dissatisfaction and look for a solution, the team of customer service representatives was unhelpful and unresponsive, which added to the frustration I was already feeling. I was left with a pile of materials that I couldn't use, and there was no sign of a solution in sight. In general, I do not think that other artists should shop at the online store that UPmall provides. It was a disheartening experience overall due to the low quality of the products, the deceptive nature of the product descriptions, and the unsatisfactory level of customer service. I am an artist, and in order to produce my finest work, I require supplies that are dependable and of high quality. Unfortunately, UPmall did not meet my expectations in this regard.
