Review on MIZON by Sam Calderon

I was eager to test out MIZON's products as a beauty enthusiast, but I had a disappointing experience with their online shop. I had a hard time navigating the website and eventually found the items I was searching for. After placing my purchase, I got a confirmation email but no tracking details. For updates on the status of my purchase, I had to email their customer service department several times. Their answers were slow and unhelpful. When my order did eventually arrive, some of the items were broken, and I wasn't satisfied with the quality compared to other brands I'd tried. In general, I wouldn't suggest using MIZON for internet beauty purchases.
