Review on KNITLORD by Cori Nance

I was eager to use KNITLORD for my fashion requirements, but sadly, I had a less than ideal experience. Although the products themselves were good, the customer service fell well short of expectations. First of all, despite paying for expedited delivery, it took an eternity for my order to arrive. Additionally, one of the things was the wrong size when it did finally arrive. I experienced a poor response time and unhelpful responses when I contacted customer service. Even worse, when I did receive a replacement item, it was the incorrect size! I finally gave up at that moment and chose to keep the thing since I was so frustrated. Overall, KNITLORD has to significantly improve their customer service even though they may have some nice stuff. I won't be doing any more purchasing with them any time soon.
