I was unhappy with the quality of customer service provided by EverSmile.

I went to the website of EverSmile not too long ago and placed an order for some orthodontic materials. I am sorry to say that my interaction with their customer support was less than satisfactory. To begin, there was a delay in the shipment, and it took a number of attempts on my part before I was finally able to speak to a representative of the company when I attempted to contact them. They gave me very little assistance and acted as though they were uninterested in my concerns. In addition to this, when my package was delivered, I discovered that one of the products was missing. After making another attempt to contact customer support, I was met with the same lack of enthusiasm as before. They guaranteed that a replacement would be dispatched, but it was never delivered. The manner in which EverSmile attended to my needs as a consumer left me feeling aggravated and let down overall. The lack of care and attention that is provided to customers is a significant flaw in their business, despite the fact that their products might have a high level of quality. It is unlikely that I will place another purchase with them in the foreseeable future.
