Not suitable for iPhone 12 Max Pro

Sturdy and easy to attach to your bike. Installing a phone in a device is a hassle. There are elastic straps on the back that need to be tightened around the corners to further secure the phone. While straps make it almost impossible to move the phone, they do impede the phone's buttons and functions. This is especially true for the iPhone 12 Max Pro. The straps interfere with the controls and press on them. My phone would often go into emergency mode or sleep mode due to the wristbands pressing the side buttons. To prevent this, I had to remove the upper right strap while riding. In addition, the straps interfere with my GPS applications. Many of my GPS apps have moved features to the near edge of the screen to make room for the map view. Since the straps cover the corners of the phone, it's difficult to access the features. Finally, it is difficult to remove the phone from the holder for quick use. Whether you want to take a picture, answer a call, or reach for your phone to access other features, you have to stop and make an effort to remove your phone. Good for security, bad for access. The mount is pretty good, but I don't recommend it for a big-screen phone. There may also be issues with smaller-screen phones, but I can't say for sure. The big plus of this mount is that it fully protects the phone. I was sure it wouldn't move (even if I removed one of the corner straps). If you are interested in mountain biking and want a secure mount, I think this is for you. If you're a street racer, there may be better alternatives.
