Plug and play with my foot. DO NOT BUY.

First of all I wasn't home when he came and I didn't have time to take care of him. Of course, the "return window" closed a VERY long time ago, so it was advertised as "plug and play" anyway. NO. There are no drivers of any kind. No instructions on how to get drivers, no manuals except for a very bad picture, no help. I have time to play around with it right now, but it seems I've wasted a lot of my precious time. I'll probably sell this damn thing on Craigslist hoping to recoup some of my expenses. Update: I finally got my hands on customer support yesterday. They recommended me to buy the software to run the player. Two options for $100 each. There is a free version, but the movie stops playing about every 20 seconds. Why - no idea. I'm not an expert. I bought it because it was advertised as "plug and play". Conclusion: if you need such a gadget, there are much better options. With software and instructions. DO NOT buy this. Last update: Customer service gave me a full refund. It was a shock. I was going to give it one star but this promotion gave them another star. Not for the player but for the support team who did the right thing.
