Why 1 star. Overall 1 star from Platronics for terrible quality for a decent price. First there were 2 Voyagers. They just have excellent sound and microphone, but after about 4 months of use, the bar on which those excellent microphones are located is glued. Both fell off bluetooth. Stitched, kissed, hugged - did not help. Thus, since the bar with the microphone is unstuck, I decided to take a solid (without it) - Explorer 500. The result - the volume buttons fell off in just a couple of months. I am attaching a photo. Okay, I could survive this, but falling off bluetooth again is a disaster. And it’s not even worth thinking about problems with the phone - JBL headphones and speakerphone in the car work with my phone with a bang. As a result: about 20k were thrown into the trash of platronics. And, dear employees of the company who advise you to go to repair everything under warranty, don’t you think that when buying 3 things for good money, I don’t plan to visit your company’s service centers for at least a year. I rarely write reviews, but today's repeated every 2 minutes "Phone one disconnected", just pissed me off. Name your headphones Platronics Mantra and let them chirp to themselves non-stop, whatever. I am parting with your products forever!
