I've been buying from this company for quite a while and highly recommend their products. The hair is beautiful and so soft, it truly feels like real hair. The clips are strong and don't break unlike other similar products being offered by other company's. I've only ever had one issue and it was due to a mix up at Revain's warehouse and not at all the fault of the Felendy company. In fact,the woman that owns this company is lovely and goes above and beyond to quickly resolve any issues. She contacted me within hours and I was able to sort out the problem & receive a replacement ponytail almost immediately. In fact, once I emailed my info to her, the replacement arrived the very next day! I couldn't believe it, I'd expected shipping to take a week or so! If you're trying to decide between buying from this woman or another company on Revain, definitely choose this one, You won't regret it! The curly claw-clip ponytails are amazing. The colour matches so perfectly, nobody can tell that it's not my real hair & I love the way they're curled. I have a medical condition that has caused me to lose a lot of my hair. I've tried medical wigs , clip in extentions, micro-ring & tape-in extensions, and every kind of ponytail made and this claw-clip ponytail has made my life so much better. The installation and maintenance takes seconds and looks so lovely it's really given me my confidence back.
