I got in touch with the seller, and they told me that the items in question had been safely delivered to the distribution center on January 13, and that the issue was on the other end of the transaction. I relayed this information to the customer support service; nevertheless, the specialists argued that "the goods did not arrive at the warehouse and were not shipped." This information was according to the delivery service. Please wait for a response for the next 48 hours." I still heard about it approximately forty-eight hours after the 15th, but in order to get any information, I had to phone and write on my own. As of today, the 18th, no new information has been made available. a total letdown in regard to the quality of your service. ruined both the tone and the holiday. Although there are no inquiries to the customer support service, there have been professionals who have simply "leaked" the information that "there is no information on your order" from the call. At the very least, other specialists got in touch with the delivery service. There are numerous assertions made. I will no longer use your service and won't be placing any further orders. If you must spend money there, at least get some napkins. For the remaining aspects, there is a significant possibility that you will write off the money and score against the customer, placing the blame for everything on the vendor.
