Please allow me to tell you about my bad experience with Ursteel, a business that makes the claim to be geared toward the fashionable woman. The reality is very different from what is presented on their website, despite the visually amazing display of the newest jewelry, shoe, and clothing trends. Their website was a headache to navigate. Although there was a huge selection, nothing particularly drew my attention. The quality was appalling, and the designs were out of date. Instead of a high-end clothing store, it made me feel like I was at a thrift shop. Even worse, the company's customer service was appalling. The personnel was useless and didn't appear to care about helping me make my transaction. The low quality of the clothes, shoes, and jewelry horrified me when I finally received my order. The products looked nothing like the website images and were made of substandard materials. I regret investing my hard-earned money in Ursteel's inferior goods and giving them a chance. They are not pricey enough, and I wouldn't ever suggest them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and purchase your clothing elsewhere. A fashion disaster is waiting to happen with Ursteel.
