Kyostar Provides Below-Average Service for Auto Parts

As a person who makes their living as a mechanic, I had high hopes that Kyostar would be a trustworthy source for auto components and accessories. Unfortunately, my time spent shopping in their internet store did not live up to my expectations. To begin, their website is inadequately designed and has a navigation structure that is difficult to understand. Finding the components I required was difficult, and the product descriptions offered little in the way of specific information. When my order did eventually arrive, I was dismayed to discover that the components did not live up to the standard that I had anticipated they would. They gave off the impression of having a lesser quality than was advertised, and I was concerned about how long they would last. To make matters even more difficult, when I reached out to their customer support team for assistance, they were unhelpful and condescending. They did not give off the impression of being knowledgeable about their products, and it appeared as though they had no interest in addressing any of my concerns. My interactions with Kyostar were, on the whole, unsatisfactory, and I would not suggest their services to any other professional technicians. When purchasing auto components and accessories, it is critical to do business with a company that is renowned for the superiority of both its products and its attention to the needs of its clients. Kyostar, alas, did not live up to expectations in either regard.

Pros
  • Quick arrival.
Cons
  • Poor service and refusal to assist.
