I was eager to check out GVDV's online shop for my camping and hiking gear requirements as a frequent outdoor enthusiast. Unfortunately, I had a less than positive encounter with them. First of all, their shipment was delayed by a week without warning or reason. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful when I called them. The fact that one of the items I got was missing only made matters worse, and GVDV provided no answers to address the problem. I was informed that I had missed the return window by a day and that they would not take my return when I attempted to return the other items. Overall, GVDV's subpar customer care and lack of accountability left me disappointed and irate. As a social media influencer, I am unable to suggest their online store to my followers who are searching for a trustworthy and dependable source for their outdoor gear requirements.
