A Frustrating Online Shopping Experience Can Be Had at the Kaloo Store

I just happened to find Kaloo's online store, and I have to admit that it did not live up to my expectations. Finding a store that is dedicated to fostering kids' creative thinking and maintaining childhood memories was very exciting for me as a visitor from another country. On the other hand, my time spent purchasing with Kaloo was anything but enjoyable. To begin, their website did not have a good user interface. It was challenging to understand, and the search function did not provide any assistance at all. I spent a lot of time on the website searching for the ideal toy for my nephew, but in the end I came away empty-handed from the experience. Second, when compared to the caliber of the products that they were selling, their prices were significantly higher. Due to the fact that they place such an emphasis on fostering imagination and rekindling fond childhood memories, I was under the impression that their toys would be of a better quality than they actually are. Last but not least, the quality of their customer support was below average. When I tried to get in touch with them for assistance, they did not respond and didn't seem to care about the problems that I was having. My experience shopping at Kaloo's internet store was, on the whole, one that was both frustrating and disheartening. Unless you have a lot of extra time and money, I would advise you to avoid doing business with them as a retailer.

Pros
  • Treasured soft toys, such as stuffed creatures and plush toys
Cons
  • The search feature is not always useful.
