Disappointing Quality & Service from BlessLiving

I'm sorry to tell that as a BlessLiving customer, I've been really dissatisfied with the service I've received. I would never suggest this business to anyone due to the low quality of their goods and the bad support they provide. To begin with, the standard of BlessLiving's linens and other home furnishings is low. The colors are duller than they appear on the webpage, and the fabric is thin and flimsy. The products are also not true to size, thus my bed and furniture don't fit properly and they seem odd. I tried contacting BlessLiving's customer service department about these problems, but they were completely unhelpful and unresponsive. For days, I received no response to my emails, and when I did, it was full of excuses and misdirection. They blamed me for not reading the tiny print on the internet and flat-out refused to take responsibility for the subpar quality of their items. In sum, dealing with BlessLiving has been a really irritating and unsatisfying experience for me. I would not recommend this firm to anyone in need of high-quality goods for their homes or kitchens.
