Review on Ubeleco by Mike Messerly

Ubeleco has let me down badly with the quality of its cosmetics and toiletries. My hair extensions and wigs did not live up to the quality promised on the internet. Poorly made and difficult to wear, the wigs and hair extensions tangled and shed excessively. What's more aggravating is that I never got any help from customer support when I called in. Their customer service was inattentive and unhelpful; they provided no remedies to problems or refunds for defective goods. Being a product manager myself, I know how crucial it is to provide excellent products and service to customers. Ubeleco has failed miserably on both counts. If you're in the market for dependable and high-quality cosmetics and toiletries, I wouldn't suggest you go with this brand.
