A Frustrated Shopper's Disappointing Muyan Experience

As a parent who is always on the search for good toys for her kids, I couldn't wait to give Muyan a try. They sell all sorts of fun things including games, arts and crafts supplies, and DIY kits. Unfortunately, my interactions with Muyan were underwhelming. To begin, I found their website to be confusing and disorganized, despite the fact that it offered a broad variety of things. The search bar wasn't very useful, therefore it was difficult to locate specific products. Second, while Muyan promoted its dedication to product quality and security, I discovered that some of its products were subpar. The science experiment kit I bought was poorly made and did not provide the expected results, plus one of the craft sets contained little components that could cause choking. Last but not least, Muyan's support staff let me down. When I contacted them, they sent me a standard response that didn't address my problems with the things I bought. It was obvious that they had no intention of addressing my problems or making sure I was happy as a customer. In sum, working with Muyan was an unpleasant and disappointing experience for me. They may offer some good items, but their website is hard to use, they don't seem to care about user safety, and their customer support is terrible. My future financial dealings will be with a different company.

Pros
  • A dedication to quality and security in education
Cons
  • There are few available choices for overseas shipping.
