Ideal ramp: car ramps

Our Bouvier is 13 years old, she lacks maneuverability and also has some distance problems, so it became very difficult to get her into my truck or car. I'm 77 years old and had severe back problems so I can't lift it as usual. My husband explored the ramp and we decided to try the Pet Gear Travel Flashlight. Sage is with me everywhere, and of course I love my 1998 F150 truck, so there was no truck in their latest releases. Well, when they received the ramp, they were very surprised. I like the green grass on the ramp so it stays in place when wet, folds down with simple snaps and is very easy for me to pick up. My husband attached velcro to the top so I could carry it instead of lifting it up. Fits behind or directly in front of a car or truck. Very strong, good width could be a little longer but we got it working and it climbed it the first time and does it every day. We have to put it on the bottom rail of the truck, that works great, I have to enter the car through the front door. It doesn't fit passenger doors, they don't open wide enough. This is of course perfect for the rear entry of an SUV. . . We also use it so she can get into our van, she had trouble climbing stairs. The van storage is perfect for the side door we enter the van through! Highly recommend if you need one give this one a try. . Oh I forgot my husband put rubber stoppers on the bottom to keep the ramp from sliding on the sidewalk and staying in place. Thank you PETGIR. Jude Herrity
