The PRETTYGARDEN Online Fashion Experience Leaves Something to be Desired

As someone who takes a keen interest in the world of fashion, I had great hopes for PRETTYGARDEN as a destination for women's online fashion. Having had multiple negative encounters with both the quality of their items and the assistance they provided customers, I am unable to endorse this firm. To begin, the quality of their garments is not particularly high. Cheap and flimsy fabrics and construction are used throughout, but they give a broad variety of styles to choose from. It is unacceptable that some of the products I have purchased are falling apart after only one or two wears, given the price range. In addition to this, their sizing is all over the place and frequently wrong. In spite of the fact that I followed their size chart to the letter, I still managed to obtain goods that were either too small or too big, which made it difficult for me to find anything that was the right size. In addition to this, their customer service is poor. There have been problems with both the shipment and the returns, and it takes them days to react to any emails I send them. Even in these circumstances, their reactions are frequently unhelpful and do not bring about a resolution to the problem at hand. Last but not least, the quality of their wares does not commensurate with the rates they charge. I have been able to acquire things of a comparable nature from other online retailers at a fraction of the price and of a significantly higher quality. In general, I would not suggest PRETTYGARDEN to anyone looking for a location for fashion online. Their offerings are of poor quality, they provide poor customer service, and their prices are excessive for the value you receive. Find a superior online store to save your time and money and do your shopping there.
