They kept (diagnosed a malfunction) for a MONTH, with a reply that the malfunction was unrecoverable (SERIOUS?) They sent it to the store (where I bought it) to change it to a new set. They were taken there for another week. The store eventually sent their own reply to Asus, and ASUS sent them the missing ear cushion by courier. - I took my own headset in the store with the ill-fated already correct ear cushion (not a new set!). Of course, there was no compensation for the time spent, only formal apologies, at the first appeal. Service - official ASUS service. Hong Kong, Nizhegorodskaya st., No. 29-33, building 2 What prevented you from sending this ear cushion by courier, even by mail, ASUS? Is this a "Premium" product service? The 2022 division of ASUS, what is your problem? : Once, after a little less than 2 years of use, a double click appeared on my logitech mouse, after a short remote diagnostics and proofs that I bought it (everything by e-mail), they sent me exactly the same new one straight from the Netherlands, by DHL, In 2 weeks.
- 1. If you do not have a good sound card (at least for 10k) - this headset is a good option, because. built-in DAC is good. BUT - it's better to spend money on a sound card and buy ordinary headphones to your liking, or another headset without a DAC. It will be more expensive, but better in the future. 2. Two sets of ear pads, fabric and leather or leatherette (xs), fabric is more convenient, in leather / leatherette - better bass and sound insulation, the sound is generally felt better. 3. The sound is objectively good, not fantastic, but very good. As in music and films, in games - to a greater extent. Positioning works well, despite the fact that in the sound volume tests of the stock asus rog armory software, the difference between front-left - rear left, front-right - rear right is almost impossible to catch, . if there is one. The difference is at the level of self-deception, but everything works fine in shooters. 4. The microphone is very good, perhaps due to the headphone dac. The voice sounds good. In principle, for projects of medium severity, you can even write a voice on it and not buy a separate microphone. 5. Tactilely pleasant, they give the impression of a quality and reliably made thing.

If you run into a problem - get ready to get sick (harder word replaced). In general, it is no match for the service of the same logitech (more details in the comments). 2. The left ear of the earpiece really heats up a little. In the heat and in leather ear cushions - soars. In fabric and when a little cooler - no. 3. Backlight. Customizable. Xs why is it needed at all, it would be better if they removed it and dropped 1-2k from the cost. Who is using it? For what? Write in the comments plz, really interesting. 4. Asus rog armory official program. I had problems with her. Judging by what they write on the Internet, most likely, you will either not encounter a problem, or you will encounter and not solve it in any way. My program crashes when I try to set the equalizer. At the first launch of the program, changes in the settings were felt, and the utility really helps to reveal the sound of the headset to the maximum, but after the first launch, no settings-improvements stupidly work. Technical support could not solve the problem, (teared everything clean and reinstalled it in different ways a dozen times, turning off everything from startup, etc.) offered to take it for diagnostics, the second time it was not lucky. 5. Several times (3-4) the headphones went into ultrasonic white noise. It feels like Kantyo, but only the input interface is your ears: suddenly the volume is pushed to the very limit, and in the white noise format, the entire range of the highest frequencies that is possible is immediately output. After sticking them out of the usb - passes. Perhaps the problem is in my PC, but with the previous usb headset there have never been such problems in years. 6. For some reason, leather ear cushions are already fabric, because of this, the ears come into contact with the plastic of the headphones and get tired more. 7. The wire breaks. 8. Too heavy. For long sitting it is better to pick up a headset easier.
