What the hell? Netgear needs to pay more attention to its customer service model.

I usually put off reviewing these types of products because they often don't show any problems until you try them. 90 days because everything worked as expected. Luckily I took out insurance with this mesh combo. I have used almost every brand of router for both work and personal use. Here are a few brands: eGenius, Netgear, Brinkman, Linksys, Asus, and a few other brands. I always update the firmware and use the Nighthawk app to track the daily operation and performance of the router. and satellite. I have followed the instruction manual to ensure these devices are optimally primed. My problem is one that many users have encountered. I'm good at networking and feel like I can solve any problem that comes my way. However, in the last week I have experienced that the satellite has separated from the base. The base remains active, but the satellite becomes inactive. To reconnect the satellite, you must turn it off. The satellite is then initialized at the base. After that, everything works fine until a few more hours pass and you have to repeat these steps over and over again. I thought it would be worth restarting the satellite and reconnecting to the base router, but now the satellite won't connect wirelessly. I connected the satellite relay procedure to the base. After all this, if the satellite doesn't work properly, I'll be forced to abandon NetGear for another brand, even though I bought the Armor plan for a whole year. Useless with a useless mesh system. My next choice will most likely be ASUS.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
