Review on KAIFNT by Eric Schwalbe

Due to a recent bad encounter, I'm hesitant to give KAIFNT's online store any recommendations. While I found their product range and quality to be remarkable, I was disappointed by the quality of their customer service. A specialist tool I ordered for a work endeavor was broken when it finally arrived. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they were unhelpful and condescending. It took multiple tries to receive a response, and the one that finally came was inadequate. I was dismayed to find that, although boasting high-quality products, the company's customer service fell short of my expectations. If I'm going to buy something from a firm, I want to know that they'll back it up and help me out if something goes wrong. KAIFNT did not do so well, unfortunately. While the KAIFNT online store does have a wide variety of equipment and home improvement products, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Because of the poor service I received, I cannot endorse them.
