I wouldn't recommend shopping at the HEATIT online store if you're looking for house improvement materials. The interaction I had with this firm was icy, and I came away from it feeling abandoned. To begin, there is a severe lack of variety in their product offering, which is unacceptable for a hardware shop. What little selection they do have appears to be expensive, leaving shoppers with the impression that they are paying too much. HEATIT's lackluster support for its customers is only making things worse. I had a problem with a purchase and asked for help, but nobody got back to me. They may as well have turned their backs on me and abandoned me to the elements. On top of all that, the website is poorly organized and has unclear product details. Finding what you need is challenging, and even when you do, you may feel like you still missed some key details. As a conclusion, HEATIT is not an online shop that I trust to deliver high-quality products as promised. I felt abandoned by them because of their small inventory, unhelpful staff, and perplexing website. Don't waste your time here if you're in need of house improvements.
