I bought a computer with an ASUS ROG STRIX Z270-I GAMING motherboard that has an m.2 slot on the back of the motherboard. Unfortunately, when assembling the computer, the assembler didn't insert the stand for the m.2 drive (obviously included) into the threaded hole on the back of the motherboard. They also forgot to provide a small screw to mount the m.2 drive (the screw that fits in the rack). I usually build my own PCs, but I'm not immune to this kind of oversight either. Luckily, M.2 stands come in a standard size. So I bought this kit and it worked pretty well. This isn't ideal for my application as the gap height is about 1-2mm higher than it should be, but that's not HanTof's fault. This is a general resistance. It's not so big that I can't use it, on an M.2 drive it still cleans the back of the case well. Most importantly, this is a set of 5 brass posts with 10 screws. This means there is twice as much chance that the strands will match perfectly. and so far I have not seen any bad screws in the crowd. It's always good to have extra screws!
