The claim that Ugold sells only the highest quality outdoor living, landscaping, and maintenance items is completely false. The outdoor furniture and gates they sell are made of cheap materials that quickly wear out under normal use. It's obvious that they value earnings more than happy customers. The company's promise to help clients design their own private outdoor paradise is a farce. Their merchandise is not fit for any serious outdoor pursuits due to its poor design and lack of usefulness. Ugold is obviously just out to make a fast buck by peddling subpar goods. Ugold also has terrible support for its customers. When a product comes damaged, they ignore customer service requests and provide no alternatives. It's obvious that once they've made a transaction, they don't give a hoot about the customer. Don't waste your time or money on anything made by Ugold. Although the low costs are appealing at first glance, you should avoid making any purchases unless you are willing to throw away your money. You should shop elsewhere if you want to furnish your outdoor areas with items of good quality.
