My love of travel compels me to always look for new internet retailers from where I can get the most useful items for my adventures. During that time, I was browsing the internet when I came across MOLLYGAN, an online business that markets itself as selling high-quality travel gear and accessories. I was excited to check out their selection, so I made a purchase to try out their services and see what they have to offer. On the other hand, my experience with MOLLYGAN turned out to be a total letdown. The terrible user experience provided by their website was the first thing that drew my notice to them. It was difficult to browse, and the pictures of the products were hazy and unclear. In spite of this, I went ahead and made an order for a pair of sneakers as well as a sports water bottle. In spite of the fact that the estimated delivery time was one week or less, it took more than two weeks for me to obtain my item. My disappointment increased when I discovered that the sports water bottle I had ordered was not only defective but also of low quality. On the other hand, the shoes did not even have the color that was depicted on the website where they were purchased. The website had lead me to believe that the things were of higher quality than they actually were, which was clearly not the case. To make matters even worse, when I attempted to get in touch with their customer care team in order to get a refund, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. It was like trying to have a conversation with a solid wall. My time spent with MOLLYGAN was, on the whole, a wasted endeavor. This is one internet store that you should absolutely stay away from. It is not worth the trouble to deal with their subpar user experience, low-quality products, and unhelpful customer support representatives.
