Hypothesis: if it could at least match the Samsung Odyssey G5 it would be worth it as it looks better than the G5 but the picture was poor in color. Maybe adding a displayport attachment will help with the looks instead. We all need at least 500 nits and deep contrast without loss of vision. Pros: - The overall design is nice and goes well with the look of the MacBook. No complaints. The price is good but for what you get, just spend the extra hundred and get half a decent result. The Bad: No matter what I did, the colors were kind of flat. this is mainly due to the contrast. Turn the brightness up too high and everything looks washed out. Also, the image looked washed out or washed out, generally either too sharp or not clear at all. However, it is better than nothing. In general, budget AV displays are of poor quality. If this company could figure out a way to make displays that look and feel like 2013 iMacs, they'd be selling like hot cakes.
