Experience with EverSmile's Online Store Was Disappointing

I was eager to test EverSmile's store for my oral care needs because I frequently shop online. However, I was dissatisfied with my encounter. Despite having an impressive product assortment, the website is challenging to use. It's difficult to use, and it took me a while to locate what I needed. The checkout procedure was also troublesome. I ran into a number of technical problems that made my purchase late. There is no doubt that their website could use some upgrades and enhancements. Furthermore, my purchase arrived with one of the items damaged and the shipping time took longer than I had anticipated. The quality of the customer service was not much improved. The agent didn't seem to care about my problem and offered no solutions. Overall, I was disappointed with my interaction with EverSmile's online shop. I would advise looking elsewhere for your oral care needs since there are so many other choices.
