Review on Milcoast by Troy Larson

As someone who shops for office supplies on a regular basis, I was excited to give Milcoast a try because of the high-quality products and customer support they offer. Having said that, I must say that my experience was extremely discouraging. In spite of the fact that they advertise themselves as a one-stop shop, I found their assortment to be extremely restricted and devoid of any variety. The workplace supplies were of poor quality and did not meet my expectations in any way. Because of their poor construction and uncomfortable design, the facial masks and shields were a source of irritation and discomfort throughout the day. In addition, the customer support representatives were not helpful and did not respond appropriately to my inquiries. My questions were answered in a manner that was both sluggish and unsatisfactory. It is obvious that the fact that the business is family-owned and operated does not translate to a high degree of concern for the customers. To summarize, I do not believe that Milcoast is a dependable choice for purchasing office supplies or apparel. I would not recommend them. My purchasing trip was both frustrating and unproductive because the quality of their products and customer service did not meet the standards that they had promised.
