I regret to inform you that the Ubeleco Company is not living up to its promises of supplying high-quality products in the categories of beauty and personal care. My experience with their hair extensions and wigs has been, to say the least, less than satisfying. Although they market their hair extensions as being of "high quality," in practice they have the texture and appearance of low-grade synthetic hair. The extensions tangle easily and shed an excessive amount; also, they do not merge well with real hair. Their wigs are of the same low quality. The ones I bought did not at all like the ones pictured on their website in any way. There was something odd about the colors, and the wigs were poorly made. They did not fit correctly, and wearing them was a frustrating experience overall. The poor quality of Ubeleco's customer service is easily the most disappointing aspect of the company. I attempted to contact them to ask for assistance with my order, but they did not respond to my inquiry and were not helpful in any way. They did not give any answers or even apologies for the low quality of their items, which they admitted was a problem. In conclusion, I do not suggest that you do business with the Ubeleco Company. Both the quality of their items and the assistance they provide to customers is lacking. You'll need to look in other places if you want to find cosmetics and personal care items of a superior grade.
