Inexpensive and great quality for home workouts

Like a lot of us, haven't been to the gym since the start of the pandemic. There are lots of great articles about how bands can not only be a temporary substitute, but a replacement long term. (Bands provide progressive difficulty across the move and allow hitting muscles from multiple angles while dumbells rely on gravity for resistance). I've only had for about a month, but they are very strong and reliable so far. I have these for looped bands and a set of other bands with handles. I like the strength of these (can do decent squat workout by looping all the bands over shoulders, which is harder to do with other styles of bands). Love 'em!

Pros
  • Resistance Bands
Cons
  • Bands may snap back and cause injury if not used properly
