DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE STINS!

I HAVE TO RETURN THIS MONITOR BECAUSE THE GRAPHICS CARD IN MY COMPUTER DOES NOT SUPPORT 4K. THERE ARE NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS - DRAWING ONLY - ON ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING THE MONITOR FROM THE STAND. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO ANYONE AT DELL TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS BECAUSE YOU TRIGGED YOUR SERVICE AND THE TECHNICIANS DO NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH VERY WELL. WHILE I HAVE TRYED TWICE TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION WITHOUT SUCCESSFUL I HAVE TALKED ON THE PHONE FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR. THAT IS STUPID AND CONSERVATIVE TO HIS CUSTOMERS. WHAT IS THE POINT? DELL MAKES GOOD MONITORS BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE! WILL NEVER BUY ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE. KEEP IN MIND!
