Great Device - Easy to Use

The wireless call device was exactly what was needed. Changing the ring tone is a little challenging probably because we do not have the directions handy. Using the device on a daily basis is a breeze and it is light weight. There are 50+ ring tones which is great because we are getting sick of each ring tone at a rate of every 30 days so we then change the ring tone. If you are looking for a caregiver call button i highly recommend this one.

Works perfect for us. The alarm is actually in my house if mom needs help.

Could create confusion with other alarm sounds
