A Disappointing Time at the Kelica Online Store

I was eager to give Kelica a try because I usually shop for tools and home improvement supplies on the internet. Unfortunately, my interaction with this web store left me feeling frustrated and let down. The small number of available items was one of my primary complaints with Kelica. Although they boast a wide selection of tools, I was only able to find a small selection of kitchen and bathroom fittings. In terms of selection, Kelica paled in comparison to competing online marketplaces. Kelica's customer service was another area of frustration for me. I had trouble getting a prompt response from their customer support personnel if I had issues regarding a product or required help with a purchase. When I emailed someone and didn't hear back for days, I felt ignored and unsupported. Last but not least, the quality of several of the things I bought from Kelica left me feeling dissatisfied. Even though they claim to provide high-grade items, the tools and fittings I ordered turned out to be of low quality. It was obvious that Kelica cared more about keeping their pricing low than they did about providing their clients with high-quality goods. My time spent shopping on Kelica was generally unsatisfactory, and I would not suggest it to anyone. When compared to other online tool and home improvement retailers, Kelica falls short due to its smaller selection of products, subpar customer service, and priority on cheap costs over high quality.

Pros
  • Excellent client service
Cons
  • There may be a cost for shipping.
