Chair is not level in my review

My wife bought this chair and put it together while I was at work. Looks great and easy to assemble. However we noticed a significant dip to the right rear of the chair if looking at it from the front. I took it apart and reassembled and still had the lean. placed it on tile floor still had the lean. Moved it to another surface still had the lean. Moved it to the concrete garage floor still had the lean. Submitted a product return and exchange for the a new chair. Assembled the new chair and same thing lean no matter what surface in the house it was on. put a level on it and it took about and inch of adjustment (me holding up the rear corner) to level the chair out from side to side. I know the chairs will have some lean to them front to back but should not have an inch of lean from left to right. and yes i read the instructions and built it exactly the way it said to
