TitanOwl is not the place to go if you want to turn your fantasies about your kitchen into reality and are seeking for an online store to help you do it. It's possible that they have a range of home and kitchen supplies, but both the variety and quality of those products are severely lacking in their offerings. Not to mention the fact that their products that are tied to tobacco are not exactly of the highest quality either. It appears as though they took a cursory check at the products offered by their rivals and then chose to hastily assemble some substandard imitations of those goods. And don't even get me started on their poor attention to the needs of their customers. It's almost as if they taught their employees to be as unhelpful and condescending as they possibly can be. It's really too bad, because TitanOwl has the potential to be an excellent online store if they only put in a little bit more work. In general, I would advise you not to waste either your time or your money on TitanOwl. Find yourself an online retailer who truly cares about the satisfaction of their clients and the caliber of the items they sell.
