Review on Smart Column Yandex New Station Mini - smart column with Alice (with watch), black onyx by Bogdan Bogdanov ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Some kind of defective product, I definitely wont buy it anymore.

In general, out of the four killer features of the new Mini Station, one did not materialize (sound), one works nominally (in tandem with the Module, which has neither Airplay, nor Chromecast, nor Bluetooth), and one did not work at all (Bluetooth is now a rare feature in products because they were not brought in by anrust laws). - I was unable to test one (output to external speakers via 3.5 mm jack) because I did not have enough time. The findings are easy to understand. The cost of a raw product is more than the cost of more functional ogues, and more money is invested in marketing than there is in a true product's technical component. Alice is no longer a game-changing feature; in fact, it is now possible to build it into an iron (taking into account the cost of the components for the board and the support software). Get better JBL Link Music. The prices are comparable, but the sound quality is more than twice as good (the psychological limit of sufficiency for the majority of people has been reached), and Bluetooth connectivity is available. They are also a little buggy, and in order to watch YouTube you will need to wait until the September ates, which appear to arrive via Wi-Fi Mini station even if only in the kitchen (assuming Bluetooth functioned). And Bluetooth adapters, which transform wired speakers into a demon, are available at a price that is significantly more reasonable. If all devices lack the Airplay ecosystem, Chromecast and dances with Bluetooth convert their gadgets into objects in themselves that are far behind Google Home and Apple Home in terms of their entertainment capabilities. In addition, a smart home might be constructed there. To this point, the sole winner has been the voice assistant. On the other hand, that is an entirely different tale. I shall hold out till the station of the second generation, which will have Matter and Zegbee. It would be a waste of time and resources to incorporate any additional products under their brand at this point.

Pros
  • Cool packing. As is the case with many products, the physical box and digital packing are of the highest quality. Concerning the actual product itself, there are numerous unanswered questions.
Cons
  • The sound, in spite of the assurances in YoY and promotion from bloggers, the brand new Mini Station. Worse than listening to Chinese radio for five hundred dollars with Ali. Perhaps it has improved since the original edition, but where else can you find such a pointless and cruel volume control utilizing gestures:) Bluetooth didn't function. If you make an attempt to get things going, the Alice sensor in the middle will flash four times, and the procedure will be halted.
