I would only recomend these for Medela Free Style users, basicly if you can remove your flange from the unit that holds the bottle and back flow protector, you wont have any issue cleaning these as you access the insert from the tube end to push it out.I had no issue getting these to fit in my spectra flange, however I cant remove them as the fit is very snug, so now I am left with risking damage to get them out.

there is a small portion of the insert that milk can get under and this is the aria that concerns me.These were also uncomfortable for me, but after having tried a few different silicone flanges over the past few days I think silicone is just to sticky for my skin and pulls on it badly, despite using things like nipple butter.
