Review on TitanOwl by Seth Wood

I recently had the displeasure of making a purchase from TitanOwl, and I can state with certainty that I will never make another purchase there. I received things that were of shockingly low quality, and the customer service was much worse. First off, their kitchen and home goods were disappointing. The products I received were of poor quality and in no way resembled what was advertised on their website. I couldn't believe how poorly built their things related to tobacco were, and they weren't any better. I attempted to call their customer service to voice my displeasure, but when I did, I was greeted by unfriendly staff members who didn't seem to care about my issues and were downright disrespectful. It was a dismal and irritating experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against using TitanOwl. They are an unreliable and unpleasant firm to deal with due to their subpar products and poor customer service.
