My anticipation for using the GVDV online store to fulfill my requirements for outdoor equipment was high, but I'm sorry to say that my interactions with the company were less than satisfactory. To begin, there was no prior warning or justification given for the one week that my shipment was held up in transit. When I tried to get in touch with customer assistance, the representatives were unhelpful and condescending. To make matters even more difficult, one of the products I received was flawed, and GVDV did not provide a solution to the problem in order to make things right. When I attempted to return the item, I was informed that because I was a day late, they would not accept my return because the return deadline had already passed. Overall, I was let down and frustrated by GVDV's poor customer service and lack of responsibility, which left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Because of my position as a social media influencer, I am unable to suggest their online store to my followers who are looking for a trustworthy and dependable source to fulfill their requirements for outdoor gear.
