First review before company fixed our ornament:Where was quality control on this ornament? The letter "N" is not etched all the way. Now my daughter will be 11 months in December. I wanted to hang it in November for pictures. Now, shipping will be delayed. Check marks on the paper doesn't mean its been checked for accuracy.*After I contacted the company:Glitzby was responsive and apologized for their oversight . They remade our ornament and expedited the shipping.Overall, the ornament is exactly what we wanted. However, I still question the quality control of their products. Im hoping they improve on their quality control when shipping out products.
