I did not find the advantages of the product, I do not recommend it.
Why does technical support disgustingly help with solving the issue? One thing I don't understand is I don't plan to end my subscription. It will automatically continue after January 23/26. And what, the device will still work only with my subscription? ! If no one in support can explain to me what to do, maybe here I will get an adequate comment .
- I bought a second column, I bought the first one for my mother. Both were by subscription and have already been redeemed in their entirety. - I gave this column as a gift to relatives, it does not connect to their account and ask to renew the subscription! Mom set up (the first purchased column) and connected from her account and invited to her subscription. Everything is fine. Relatives tried to connect to theirs with their subscription. Did not work out. I tried to share my subscription with them. Failed to connect. ATTENTION QUESTION? ! Why is everything working fine for mom, but not for relatives? ! WHY IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO REMOVE A DEVICE FROM YOUR SUBSCRIPTION early if it is paid in full?
