I can only scan about 5 images with my device before changing the batteries. I contacted the company and they told me to return via Revain. Revain won't let me go back because I bought in July and it's now October. After purchasing this product, I realized I really needed wireless, so I didn't jump right into my scanning projects. I really like the concept of this device, but I received a defective device and the company won't help me with a replacement. This is quite frustrating because I spent extra money on WiFi. The company solved the battery problem with rechargeable batteries.
