Experience with the QINSEN Online Store That Was Not Satisfactory

I was very excited to become a first-time customer of QINSEN because I was looking forward to exploring their assortment of women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry. My interactions with the online business, on the other hand, did not live up to my expectations. To begin, I found it difficult to traverse the website because the categories were unclear and there were not enough filters to narrow down my search. I was surprised to find that I was spending a considerable amount of time sorting through things that were not pertinent. When I did eventually come across a dress that caught my attention, I was dismayed to find out that the sizing was off and the fabric was of low quality. In addition, despite selecting the size that corresponds to my normal foot, the shoes that I purchased were not a good fit. In addition to everything else that went wrong, the customer support that we received was terrible. My questions were met with responses that were both slow and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration I was feeling. My experience with QINSEN was, to put it mildly, underwhelming, and that's being generous. This is not an online store that I would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry. A disappointing purchasing experience is the result of factors such as a shopping platform that is not user-friendly, low-quality products, and unhelpful customer service.

Pros
  • Website navigation and purchasing are both simple and quick.
Cons
  • delivery and shipment delays.
