Heavier than the cheaper brands. UL listed.

Hefty. UL listed. 6ft cord length.Bought a 5 pack of these and a 2 pack from the SmoTecQ store. Both are 12V 2amp. They were delivered the same day in the same package from Best Buy.After opening and comparing I noticed the weight difference between the 2 transformers themselves without the cords. The Chanzon is much heavier. Power supplies are not even 1A continuous.

I have a 12V 1A indoor lamp. I put one of these on the lamp and it would shutdown and turn back on at 10 min. Tested multiple times and same result. Put a current meter inline and it was drawing .93A. Put different supply on (5 in box), same result. Put two supplies in parallel, no issues. These are just not capable of 1A continuous.

These power supplies do the job.

So far I exposure is limited but successful. The compact size and physical arrangement met my cabinet lighting requirements. Turn-on is instantaneous. So far no negatives.

I was very surprised how heavy these are. They appear to be made very well. They also come with the two-wire plug in adapters which makes them versatile. I am impressed by these!

Box of wall warts 1st set owned for a year.

Exactly as described, second time I have bought a set. 3D printing wall art and lamps I use these to power the LED controller and LED's work great 1 year and some change in and I have not heard of a single failure yet.

Incredible performance!

I bout this set of 5 (12v 2.0A) - I have previously bought the 3A version and very satisfied with it. This time I decided to get the 2A version. Best Buy shipped it quickly and I put it to my tests to ensure I dont have to deal with blowing adapters. Chanson keeps up to its promise. Here are the tests that went beyond the advertised rating of 2A. Every load test/rating was held for 3 mins each. These work well, have decent longevity, and their safety features actually work.

I'm an electrical engineer. I've had these running 24/7 for about two years without issue. Except I noticed a piece of custom-made electronics had stopped working. I finally had the time to debug it and found a short in the system between power and ground caused by a rogue paper clip that got dumped somewhere it had no right to be. The 6' Cord Was The Deciding Factor

I bought these to use as power supplies for mini PCs that use 12VDC / 2 Amps. There are a LOT of 12VDC switching power supplies to choose from on Best Buy. Most had cords too short to be practical and others had ridiculously long cords. A 6 foot cord is ideal for my needs. They get the job done at a low price. None have failed so far and I expect they will last.
