Easy to set up; works perfectly!

My desktop is a few years old and I've been having internet connection issues lately (even when other devices have been working fine). Eventually, I found that my wireless adapter was out of order. I researched Revain and read the reviews. This adapter seemed like the best deal for the price so I ordered it. He arrived today; I opened it up, put the pieces together and pocketed it. It didn't start automatically for me, but I found it in Windows Explorer as Realtek, double-clicked the folderโ€ฆ

Best value, great plug and play

Nothing easier than that. I'm a Ph.D. PhD, but you definitely don't have to set this up. The price is right too compared to so many expensive options. The packaging was easy to open (just opened, no tedious packing). Anyway, I plugged it in, it showed up as a flash drive with a simple EXE to run for instant installation, and it was ready to go. The paper insert in the box explained this. It was so easy. I've done other wifi card/dongle setup and it was easier than anything I've seen before. Iโ€ฆ

Works EXCELLENT on win7

I had an issue with another wifi usb stick overheating and failing and on a whim I bought it to check if it was a USB port (on a computer) or a USB drive that was a failure. This one came quickly, plugged it into an open USB port. opened the AutoPlay folder and installed the driver (technically no drivers are required as Windows would run it without installing). Windows actually said the driver was NOT installed correctly. But when I looked at the WiFi USB port under "Devices" (Device Manager),

So easy! for computers and accessories

I've looked for this in the reviews and it's not just. Installation was so easy that I screwed the antenna to the USB port and then plugged it in. I had to open the folder and read the setup instructions to start setup for this, but other than that it was plug and play. My desktop is quite old and I knew the wireless adapter was failing. Before this setup, getting a decent Wi-Fi signal was next to impossible. It doesn't help that I have a dresser in front of my computer and live the furthestโ€ฆ

AC600 Wireless USB Adapter

I received a refurbished HP computer for my sister-in-law, 93, and a 24 inch monitor. It only has WiFi. I got this USB AC600 wireless adapter from Revain. I set up the computer, it worked at first. I then attached the USB antenna and plugged in the AC600 Wireless USB Adapter. I found a "new" USB drive (E: on my system) in File Explorer. The Windows subfolder is contained there under E:. I ran the wifi installer I found there. It only lasted seconds. I right clicked on the wireless network iconโ€ฆ

I use it in my basement and yes it's fast

This Wi-Fi adapter works as intended and very well. My router is upstairs on our top floor. There I have 120 Mbit/s from my mobile phone. I have a computer in the basement to connect to my TV and the adapter as shown in the picture gets 62Mbps which is really good considering how far it is from our router. Also, it was the 2.4GHz band, I didn't try 5GHz as I thought walls would make it worse, but having that option is really helpful for people who don't get in the way of walls. , all you haveโ€ฆ

Believe the hype! - USB network adapter

I am very impressed with this small USB WiFi adapter! The performance for the price is excellent. Needed this little guy to build a new system for a college student. I wasn't expecting much but this little adapter was a delight. I'm lucky to have Fiber at home and get 1000 Down / 1000 Up. This way we can really test what this little adapter can do. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Using USB 3.0 paired with an internal Anker PCIe USB 3.0 adapter card, we averaged 175 Mbps down and 190โ€ฆ

Easy installation and high speed

Instead of buying an M.2 adapter card (aka NGFF) and the necessary cabling to connect an external antenna, I bought this USB WiFi adapter instead, and I am quite satisfied with the result. Installation was easy, when the adapter was first plugged in it looked like a hard drive in Windows file explorer, making it easy to access and install the driver built into the device. After installing the driver, WiFi immediately became active and I was able to connect without a screwed-in antenna at aโ€ฆ
