Awesome, truly awesome!

Have another color of this scope and wanted a backup to keep on hand, decided to try the newer version. Absolutely one of the best values Ive seen and definitely the most comfortable/lightest design. Sound seems as good if not better than my older one. Love it and recommend to anyone who asks.

Pros
  • I am a paramedic student, I have used o
Cons
  • Poor sound quality

Very good for the money

I work as an EMT for a private transport company. I use a stethoscope every day at work. I bought this scope because I hand a hard time hearing Blood Pressures and Lung sounds with cheap company provided ones. While there are still times I have a hard time, they are few and far between. For the most part, I can hear what I need loud and clear. I would certainly recommend this product

Pros
  • The lightweight design of the stethoscope makes it an ideal choice for healthcare professionals who suffer from back or neck pain
Cons
  • Prone to interference from other electronic devices

Go buy it! - my new review

I wish i knew about yhis brand And ditched littman. This is some great quality stethoscope. And its LONGER! That's my review!

Pros
  • Stethoscopes
Cons
  • Susceptible to breaking easily

Understand what it is used for

Perfect if you just need a spare or are starting out since you will not have the skill to differentiate sounds. Great stethoscope as long as you understand its limitations. I was nurse for a decade, not the one to buy if you are using it daily on every patient you see, go with the Littmann unless your equipment gets beat up like a combat medic of FD. New to nursing or EMT get this one, you will not know what you want yet but you will need one. You will probably lose it anyway since you are not…

Pros
  • The ADC 619BK Adscope Lite Stethoscope is a reliable and trustworthy tool for accurate diagnosis
Cons
  • Ear pieces continuously slip out of position

Stick with Littmann

I wanted to try something different that had good reviews and not as expensive, but the sound quality has been poor and it is hard to do manual blood pressures with.

Pros
  • COMPACT & COMFORTABLE: Clinician headset features silicone reinforcing yoke molded into flexible phthalate-free PVC tubing, aluminum alloy binaurals, and Adsoft Plus snap-on silicone eartips for the ultimate in wearing comfort and acoustic seal.
Cons
  • Limited color options

Great For The Money

These are clearly not high end ears but I have had these for 8 years and they have held up well. I work in the fire service as a CEP and use these on every shift. I feel i'm able to hear lung sounds pretty well with these. For the money I'd purchase these again. They look good too.

Pros
  • The AAC technology ensures optimal sound quality and clarity during auscultation, even in challenging acoustic environments
Cons
  • Incompatibility with certain stethoscope accessories

Has its purpose, it just not with this RRT

I am a registered respiratory therapist. I bought this to replace my broken Littmann SE classic. It looks very similar. It is a few inches longer than the Littmann classic which is nice when you bend over to assess patients frequently during your shift. The acoustics are NOT as good as the Littman Lightweight. I've been using this for a few months now and the tubing sometimes comes loose from the top of the bell which leaves it mute. If you're looking for a stethoscope to start out with or that

Pros
  • The stethoscope is resistant to wear and tear, making it a cost-effective choice for healthcare professionals
Cons
  • The tubing cracks easily

Decent as a back up or for prominate sounds only.

It works. I needed a back up and didn't want to spend a ton to get one. It is just that. If you need to listen for lung sounds they better be prominate, of your listening to cardio beyond "that sounds normal" look else where.

Pros
  • The tunable AFD technology allows for better detection of heart murmurs, lung sounds, and bowel sounds, enabling accurate diagnosis
Cons
  • Causes pain and discomfort in ear canal

You get what you pay for

As soon as I opened the box, I was very disappointed in the craftsmanship. It was made very poorly and it would never last long. Especially using it in the vet industry. I tried them out, positioned the ear pieces properly and I listened to my dogs heart. The heartbeat was so faint with this stethoscope, I couldn’t distinguish my own pulse vs my dog’s heartbeat. I’ve been doing this for many years and I’m going back to a Littmann.

Pros
  • The product is manufactured by ADC, a reputable and trustworthy brand in the healthcare industry
Cons
  • Not compatible with certain stethoscope covers

Had several other classmates that purchased more expensive ones, and this one works just as good. The earpieces don't swivel around (only can put them on one way) as some of my friends, but honestly for the cost I could care less. Just need to make sure I am putting them on right in the first place, not a big deal at all. Would recommend to anyone that might need a good stethoscope for a good price. I only use these maybe once a month, so not much wear and tear yet. I will post if anything…

Pros
  • The double-leaf binaural spring provides optimal acoustic seal, reducing ambient noise during auscultation
Cons
  • Ear pieces do not stay securely in the ear canal

Gets the job done: my feedback

My wife is a nurse, and so uses a super swanky Littmann Cardiology III by day. We wanted to have a stethoscope at home too for purposes of taking blood pressure, etc. from time to time, but wanted something more reasonably priced.I can't REALLY tell the difference between this and her Littmann functionally, but the wife says the Littmann picks up a bit more sound. When it comes to the build quality, it's night and day difference. This definitely feels cheaper. Stiffer rubber, cheaper feeling…

Pros
  • Its ultra-lightweight design makes it perfect for long hours of use without causing discomfort
Cons
  • Overpriced for the quality

Probably better for others but not for me

I bought this for nursing school and it worked great until I was in a room with a bunch of people talking. It looks and feels great and no body thought it was a cheapo. I ended up getting a digital one, it may not of been this stethoscopes fault, I'm a veteran and was exposed to some super loud stuff I may be hard hearing.

Pros
  • I can’t believe the quality of these for the price! Highly recommended!
Cons
  • Inability to hear low-frequency sounds

AMAZING STETHOSCOPE AT ANY PRICE.

WOW! Best stethoscope for the money! Hands down. I am a respiratory therapist & I have difficulty hearing. With this stethoscope I hear perfectly clear! Also, it is so light I often forget it’s even around my neck. The price makes this UNBEATABLE! .PERIOD

Pros
  • The single-lumen tubing reduces unwanted ambient noise for clear and accurate auscultation
Cons
  • Ear pieces fall off easily

Replacement Stethoscope

Needed a replacement for my littman classic 2 SE I've had for 14 years. I work as a Physician Assistant in orthopedics surgery. Although I have limited use for one.I still need one for H&P's and post-op. I didn't want to invest a lot of money for one. This one is well priced. Definite loss of sound clarity compared to my littman, but suits my purpose. Very lightweight. Shorter in length than littman as well. I probably would stick with littman if you are in cardiology or pulmonary. Only knock…

Pros
  • The stethoscope is ergonomically designed for maximum comfort during use
Cons
  • Inadequate volume control
