I HATE the plugins and sprays people use because smells are always overwhelming or smelly. I bought pineapple/rosemary from the store and as soon as I smelled it I had to order more. The smell is not too strong or smells like cheap perfume

Not as advertised. We all have pineapple toppings. Smells very disgusting. I wanted to endure pineapple because I thought it would smell like rosemary too. But no, just a ton of pineapples. Will not be redeemed

Lasted less than three weeks. I start making my own fragrances, either ripped off by the chemicals in the oils or overpriced to give you less. By the way, the same company gives you the option of poisoning yourself or not buying by selling everything. Yeah, I'm a little mad about that.

As always I am satisfied with most products. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the items were not as pictured. I really wanted the new gray plugs to be white and I only had 2 more left to replace the old ones.

At first there were no assembly instructions. This is very easy to find out, but I wanted to make sure, which is why YouTube has a great guide. The smell is wonderful, unfortunately the smell is completely gone after a few days. I bought two boxes and refilled them three times in two weeks. Sad.

The aroma is amazing! He's so pineapple and good. The problem is that this is one of the weakest fragrances I've ever used. Half the time I don't smell (even right after turning it on). I chose a 4 star rating because the scent is so good when you hold it right under your nose. To be honest it should be two or three. What difference does it make how good it is if you can't smell it?

I've always loved air wick connectors - they're simple, inexpensive and work well. I ordered them as the burners are brown and brown and the bottles are brown. They would fit in the room I put them in but they sent me standard white and gray burners. I'm sure they will work well but I'm disappointed with the color. The brown/brown burners are clearly visible in the picture. Maybe a bit picky, but might be helpful for someone else to know if they're hoping to coordinate colors as well

Likes limited amount of plastic. I thought the heating pad was actually brown like the picture but it was white and gray like the usual ones. Not the end of the world, just expect something different. I would have preferred the brown ones, they blend better with my walls and that was one of the main reasons I chose this 'classier' set over the more traditional scents.
