Great platform if they just fixed those bugs

I like that you can customize your app to meet your needs. The UI design is not as aesthetically pleasing as other apps in this category. It is not intuitive or easy to use. Most of the features are geared toward business owners who need a lot of help with their day to day operations. The support team is also very difficult to reach! There's some features that are great but require constant support from them which is frustrating. We're using it for multiple purposes. We're tracking attendance,
