Exceptional office headset

Using this headset, our team found that the noise-canceling feature really made a difference in our work. We could hear our clients better and also they could hear us better... The COMFORT level is also great for extended periods of wear. The only downside was that the ear pads were a bit stiff at first. Overall, highly recommend for any office..

Comfortable Headset with Excellent Sound Quality

According to my experience, these headset phones are worth buying for anyone needing quality electronics in their office .The noise-canceling feature is the main reason I purchased them, and it works amazingly well making calls much clearer. The audio quality is great, and the headset is comfortable to wear. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey compared to other models, but its worth the investment for anyone who values quality..

False advertising: Telephone accessories

Received the headset today. It's not as advertised. I specifically ordered as the description clearly states that the cable has a 'new' mute button. This is NOT a feature of the headset I received. Also, the headset I received is a single headphone with a cable and a plastic mount for the side of the head, not a dual headphone as advertised/described in the product materials. I am seriously disappointed.
